Cookie Policy

This is an English translation of the Spanish original, which prevails in case of discrepancy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device (computer, mobile or tablet) when you visit it. Among other things, they allow the site to work properly, remember your preferences or analyse how it is used. This policy also covers similar technologies (local storage, pixels, etc.).

2. Controller

ARQUITECTURA DE SISTEMAS DE IA, S.L. (Tax ID B26912824), C/ de la Grandeza Española, 70, Puerta A, Planta Baja, Madrid. Contact: privacidad@soberania.eu. Further information about the processing of your data in our Privacy Policy.

3. Types of cookies by purpose

  • Technical or necessary: essential for the site to work and to provide the service you request (for example, remembering your cookie choice). They are exempt from consent.
  • Preference or personalisation: remember options such as language. They require consent, unless they are strictly necessary.
  • Analytics or measurement: allow the use of the site to be measured and its operation improved. They require consent.
  • Advertising or behavioural: manage advertising spaces or profile interests. They require consent.

By ownership, they may be first-party (managed by SoberanIA) or third-party (managed by other entities). By duration, session cookies (deleted when the browser is closed) or persistent cookies.

4. Cookies used on this site

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. No cookies requiring your consent are set.

The only storage technologies it uses are technical:

  • Cookie preference (browser local storage, first-party, persistent): stores the choice made in the cookie notice so it is not shown again.
  • Language preference (browser local storage, first-party, persistent): stores the language chosen in the header selector so the site opens in that language on later visits.
  • Contact form session (PHPSESSID cookie, first-party, session): created only when the contact form is submitted, to limit repeated submissions, and deleted when the browser is closed.

5. Consent and management

When you access the site, a notice informs you about the use of cookies and lets you accept or reject those that are not necessary. Since the site currently sets no non-essential cookies, your choice is recorded and will apply if analytics tools or other cookies requiring consent are added in the future; in that case this policy will be updated.

You can change your choice at any time from here:

6. How to disable cookies in your browser

You can block or delete them from your browser settings:

  • Chrome: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647
  • Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/enhanced-tracking-protection-firefox-desktop
  • Safari: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/safari/sfri11471/mac
  • Edge: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-edge

Blocking all cookies may affect how some parts of the site work.

7. International transfers

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, a service that receives the device's IP address and may process it outside the European Economic Area. Further information in section 8 of the Privacy Policy.

8. Updates

We may amend this policy to adapt it to regulatory changes or to changes in the cookies used. The current version will always be at https://soberania.eu.

9. Further information and complaints
